    The Australian 2012 Kookaburra Silver coin is one of the silver bullion produced by the Perth Mint.  The Kookaburra Silver coins were first released by the Mint in 1990 and the coins have become one of the most favourable bullion coins in the world. The reverse design of the Kookaburra Silver coin continues annually to update a new design of the kookaburra bird and this has made the Kookaburra Silver coin popular and a desired among silver investors and collectors. 
     
    The Kookaburra Silver coins are produced with .999 pure silver and they are available in three popular sizes, one ounce, ten ounce and one kilo with three face values in Australian dollars.
