Parasite Cleanse with Castor Oil and Cognac

cognacDid you know that according to different sources over 50% of Americans have some form of parasites in the system? The symptoms they can cause can be very different like diarrhea, constipation, anemia, allergies, sleep disorders, chronic fatigue, etc. Most of these issues seem quite general and can be caused by any number of conditions. But since parasites are so widespread in people, perhaps doing a prophylactical cleanse from time to time is not a bad idea. Parasites can also stay in your intestines for long stretches of time without causing any symptoms. So just because you don’t feel like there’s anything wrong with you does not mean you don’t have them.

Here is a simple, inexpensive, but very effective parasite cleanse that you can do at home. It does not require any pills or kits. All you need to prepare in advance are:

    1. 250ml Cognac – make sure you purchase a high quality product. It should be graded at least VS (or 3 stars), meaning it’s aged over two years.
    2. 250ml castor oil – a natural laxative that stimulates your intestinal walls allowing your intestines to cleanse.

The basic idea of this cleanse is that you first eat something with high sugar content to lure the worms out, than you drink the Cognac which will impair the parasites so that would not be able to hold on to the intestinal walls, and than you use the castor oil as a laxative to flush them out of your system. It’s hard to prove or disprove with scientific certainty that this is the actual mechanism, but it certainly does work, and you will see it from your own experience.

Here are the complete instructions:castor oil

    1. On the day of the cleanse maintain a “diet” – exclude sugar, high fat foods, dairy, spicy food, fried food, and sweet fruits. Try to stay with grains, legumes, vegetables, etc. It’s recommended to exclude dairy 3 days ahead of the cleanse.
    2. On the evening of the cleanse eat very lightly.
    3. Wake up around 2AM – this is the time when the parasites are most active. Eat something sweet. It can be a piece of chocolate or other candy, or a cup of green tea with 3-4 spoons of sugar. This will lure the parasites out of their normal hiding spots towards the stomach.
    4. At the same time drink 50ml or under 2oz of Cognac. This will intoxicate the worms that came out to consume all the sugar you just gave them.
    5. Wait for 15-20 minutes and drink 50ml of castor oil. Now that the worms are unable to hold on to the intestinal walls the laxative property of the castor oil will flush them out of your system. If the taste of castor is too much to handle you can suck on a slice of lemon for a bit (do not eat the lemon though).
    6. Walk around the room for ten minutes or so and go back to sleep. For 2 to 6 hours after you take the castor oil, you’ll have diarrhea, which means you’ll be waking up many more times in the night to run to the bathroom. Perhaps you might want to choose the five days when you don’t expect to be too busy.
    7. Because the cleanse is so effective, and it removes such a large quantity of parasites, the poisons from their self-digestions might make you feel weak and light headed on the next day. Try to drink some fresh pressed juices to allow the body to detoxify more easily.
    8. This cleanse has to be repeated for 3-5 days. You might see worms and foam coming out with diarrhea. The foam is the bacteria – the byproduct of parasites. Continue the cleanse as long as you see those coming out.
    9. Repeat the whole course one more time after a few days. When we did this one time, we got rid of the parasites, but not their eggs, which can take a few days to hatch. Repeating the course one more time will ensure that the cleanse is compete. That’s why in total you’ll need 500ml of Cognac and 500ml of castor oil.

Besides being a parasite cleanse, this procedure is effective for generally cleaning the intestinal tract and can alleviate a lot of related issues. Since the parasites are quite contagious and It is a good idea to do this cleanse about once a year.
