    Portion Distortion: Eating The Right Amount

    Life for the typical American adult is pretty hectic these days and after a long day of work, many of us have no desire to spend time cooking our own meals. So what do we do? We head on out to our favorite restaurant to grab a bit to eat. Unfortunately, we end up eating quite a bit more than a bite. the reason for this is that portion sizes for meals, especially restaurant meals, are quite a bit larger than they should be. If you are having trouble eating healthy to lose weight [1], one main culprit may be that you are just eating portions that are larger than necessary. The solution is simple: just eat a part of what they serve you and save the rest for another meal. You’ll feel better and you’ll look better too if you try this.
